ColorPrint Extra PU is a white print and cut material that is perfect for full-color printing on nylon and is durable enough for pennants, canvas, tents and other difficult to personalize fabrics. If you’re looking for a glossy print and cut material that works on shoes, belts, canvas bags and more, ColorPrint Extra PU is the material you’re looking for! Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, and latex inks and printers, ColorPrint Extra PU provides rich colored graphics for all your hard to print items! ColorPrint Extra PU is the durable alternative to costly screen printing on oversized or odd substrates. ColorPrint Extra PU is approximately 90 microns/3.5 Mils and is a PU composition

Not compatible with Inkjet, toner, or sublimation printers.

ColorPrint Extra PU Applies To:

  • 100% Cotton
  • 100% Polyester
  • Poly/Cotton Blends
  • Leather
  • Nylon

Application Instructions

  1. No dry time required
  2. Print, cut, and weed design
  3. Mask with TTD Easy Mask or TTD High Tack Mask
  4. Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
  5. Cover design with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet
  6. Apply design at 305°F/151°C with medium pressure for 15 seconds
  7. Peel carrier hot/warm

Care Instructions

  • Wait 24 hours before first wash
  • Machine wash cold with mild detergent
  • Do not bleach or dry clean
  • Dry on low setting
